What counts as one document?
One generated resume or one generated cover letter. Editing, restyling, and re-downloading a document you already generated is unlimited and never counts again — so you only spend your allowance on genuinely new applications.
What is the difference between the plans?
Mostly volume: how many tailored documents you can generate each month. The higher tiers also unlock more of the premium toolkit — the AI profile assistant and interview prep. The comparison table above shows exactly which plan includes what.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, in either direction. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately — you only pay the difference for the rest of your billing period. Moving to a cheaper plan takes effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you already paid for.
What happens if I use up my monthly documents?
You can buy a one-time top-off for extra documents. Unused top-off documents carry over month to month and never expire — and you can only buy another once they are used, so you are never nudged into stockpiling.
What happens when I cancel?
Your membership stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for, then simply stops renewing. Your profile, jobs, and generated documents stay in your account, and you can resume before the period ends with one click.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. The free trial needs nothing but an email address. We only ask for payment details if you decide to subscribe.
How long are my generated files retained?
While you're an active subscriber, your generated files are kept for as long as your membership lasts — they're never deleted for age. If you're on a free trial or your membership lapses, files are securely stored for 6 months from their last update, then automatically removed from our servers to protect your privacy. Be sure to download any documents you wish to keep.
Is there a fair use policy?
Yes. Plans are designed for individual job seekers and include generous monthly usage. In cases of heavy usage, some premium AI tools may be paused until your next billing cycle — your documents and account are never affected.
